Through its Corporate Responsibility Program – Sogo Cares, Hotel Sogo distributed relief goods to fire victims of Barangay Vasra, Quezon City on January 3, 2020.
Over 200 families were affected by the fire incident. The team immediately provided assistance to all affected families, including food packs, linens and bath towels.
Hotel Sogo North Ave. Manager Ms. Nelvie L. Cruz and Hotel Sogo Mindanao Ave. Manager Mr. Jeff Macaballug took charge in instilling the company’s core value “Pagmamalasakit” through the said donation. It was also made possible through the help and guidance of local government units.
Through Sogo Cares program, Hotel Sogo successfully extends its service to the community through its relief operations program that focuses on providing basic needs of indigent and under-served communities throughout the Philippines.
